Bio

Trained at the Danielle Fichaud Workshops as well as in the INIS’ Acting for the Camera Program, under the guidance of director Robert Favreau, Catherine Audet-Lapointe has also developed her comedy acting skills with Luc Senay at the École Nationale de l’Humour as well as her improv reflexes with Roberto Sierra. To maintain and develop her acting skills, she regularly trains at the INIS Jeu & Gym (Adam Kosh, Bachir Bensaddeck) as well as in workshops with directors (Léa Pool, Eric Piccoli) and regularly shoots in university short films.

Perfectly bilingual, Catherine performs roles in both French and English. She has been seen in Sans Rendez-Vous, Une Autre Histoire and Le Monstre as well as The Sticky on Amazon, Plan B (English version) and Blood and Treasure on CBS. As comfortable in drama as in comedy, Catherine was seen playing the role of a rebellious and protesting maple syrup producer, a shy and awkward woman as well as a calm and in control city councillor.

Catherine also lends her voice, especially to play characters, both in advertising and fiction. She has been heard in Squarespace’s commercial and The Sticky, among others.
